The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires proficiency in SAP at an intermediate or higher level, along with experience in production planning. Occasional travel, approximately once or twice per quarter, is expected.
Key responsibilities include strategic allocation planning, supply chain optimization, and inventory management, all while maintaining a focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. The analyst will be expected to monitor supply chain activities using SAP, map current production planning and material ordering workflows, and identify and implement process improvements. Strong data analysis skills using Excel, Power BI, and Power Query are essential for organizing data to support decision-making and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to address crisis management issues, develop and manage catch-up plans, analyze root causes of system breakdowns, and implement corrective actions.
