The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting a broad range of human resources functions and serves as a primary resource for employees across the organization. This position requires a high degree of initiative, discretion, and independent judgment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, promoting a positive and professional HR presence, and escalating sensitive or complex issues to the appropriate HR leader or department when necessary. The HR Generalist is also responsible for administering and managing all aspects of the FMLA process, including tracking eligibility, coordinating leave, maintaining documentation and communication, and handling return-to-work procedures in compliance with federal and state regulations.
