This position is responsible for planning activities related to the application and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products. Responsibilities include performing statistical analyses to determine whether current processes meet customer specifications, as well as conducting repeatability and reliability tests on tooling. The role also involves coordinating programs that recognize and reward individuals or groups for suggestions and actions that lead to process improvements. Additionally, it includes directing workers involved in measuring and testing products, and compiling data related to the quality and reliability of materials, products, or processes.

Continuous Improvement Engineer

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be a key player in establishing an organic culture of Continuous Improvement within our organization. Your role is to serve and enable teams through hands-on training, facilitation of Kaizen & other Workshops, and the development of a tiered shop-floor management board structure.
