Business Development Manager
Department: Heating Division Sales

We are looking for a proactive and innovative Business Development professional to drive the growth of key accounts and exceed sales targets. This role is essential in identifying new market opportunities and fostering strong relationships with clients. We value efficiency in our processes, enthusiasm in our approach, and humanity in our interactions. This position is part of the global Heating Technology Division of ebm‑papst, which generates a revenue of €250 million.
- Connect with professional and technical personnel at established clients and potential key accounts to build, sustain, and improve relationships and business opportunities.
- Review specifications, proposals and other customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates or projected increases in production from client's use of the company’s products.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Application Engineering teams to achieve sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and keep them updated on all account activities.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare annual sales forecasts for assigned accounts.
