We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our Home Comfort business across the Americas. This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth, building customer relationships, and shaping our market presence in residential heating, cooling, and energy recovery systems. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with market insight, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and a passion for innovation.
- Strategic Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Home Comfort HVACR sector and build up a strategic plan for growth.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, distributors, and strategic partners. Act as the voice of the customer internally to guide product development.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Application Engineering to define and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the Americas.
- Sales Enablement: Drive revenue growth by supporting the sales team with technical insights, market intelligence, and customer-specific strategies.
