Senior Accountant

Location: Telford, TN

This position is responsible for assisting in the planning and direction of accounting activities at our factories in Telford, TN, and Farmington, CT. The role can be based in either Tennessee or Connecticut, with a preference for the Tennessee location, and includes the ability to travel as needed. Responsibilities include interpreting financial policies, governmental legislation, accounting theory, and customer financial regulations. The role also involves collaborating with external professional firms on accounting, legal, and tax matters. Additionally, the individual will be expected to identify operational trends and recommend improvements accordingly. Providing management with cost and comparative reports to support decisions related to pricing or production changes is also a key function of this role.

Mechanical Lab Technician

Department: Application Engineering
Location: Farmington, CT

This position is responsible for performing all laboratory activities.

  • Set up and execute air performance, sound testing, temperature rise testing, and any additional lab testing as required.
  • Test for functionality and inspect appearance of samples being shipped to customers. Track/record samples.
  • Maintain internal database of air performance, sound and temperature rise tests.
  • Keep the Laboratory and equipment organized and clean.
  • Lift or move up to 50 pounds when handling equipment or product.

This position is responsible for planning activities concerned with application and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials and products.

  • Perform statistical analysis and study to determine if the current processes are meeting the customer specifications.
