Energy-efficient centrifugal fans with aluminum impeller

Refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation systems must meet high performance requirements and, in many countries, strict fire safety regulations. Fans with metal impellers are mandatory in these applications. Large single fans that transport high volumes of air also require a robust and dimensionally stable metal construction.

However, robustness often comes at the expense of efficiency. This is not the case with the third generation RadiPac M. New design options have enabled the development of innovative metal impellers with three-dimensionally shaped blades, which are characterized by higher efficiency.

The RadiPac M is available in sizes up to 800 and with outputs up to 24 kW. The size 800 achieves volume flows of up to 50,000 m³/h, which means a volume flow of 30,000 m³/h with a pressure increase of 2,000 pascals.

This means that even demanding applications benefit from the high efficiency of the RadiPac series.
