Prof. Dr.-Ing. Guido H. Baltes is Director of the IST Institute for Strategic Innovation & Transformation at Constance University of Applied Sciences, visiting professor at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, and at the Rady School of Management, University of California, San Diego. As an expert in strategic transformation and innovation, he combines executive and entrepreneurial experience with internationally recognized research.
For more than a decade, his research has focused on design issues in the context of corporate entrepreneurship for implementing ambidexterity ("two-handed organization") and strategic innovation. Based on his expertise, he regularly supports companies and coaches C-level executives in their strategic transformation and innovation-driven growth strategies.
Tim Roder,
Unit Manager Business Development, IPAI
Tim Roder has been with IPAI since February 2024, where he is responsible for the business development of the Heilbronn AI innovation ecosystem. Prior to that, he worked at the Japanese technology group Fujitsu for 13 years, where his last responsibility lay with initiating digital transformation and innovation projects as Digital Transformation Manager. With a total of over twenty years of experience in the IT industry in various specialist and management roles with international customers in the private and national public sector, he has extensive digitalization and industry expertise.
