1997 - 1998 International Auditor IT & Communications at L-Bank in Karlsruhe, Germany.

1998 - 2000 Joined the Beiersdorf Group as Plant Controller of the tesa plant in Offenburg, Germany.

From 2001, active in the Beiersdorf Group in various management functions in Germany and the USA.

Since 2017, Managing Director of ebm‑papst St. Georgen GmbH & Co. KG, Germany.

Since 2023, Chief Executive Officer of the divisions IDT and AUT and Chief Commercial Officer Air Technology Europe. Together with Frank Mayer, he forms the Board of Directors of ebm‑papst Air Technology Europe.
