What exactly
does the term “brand” mean?

When we talk about a brand, we don't mean the logo, design, or colors. In essence, the brand is what connects our colleagues, customers, and partners to ebm‑papst through certain emotions, images, or stories.

To remain relevant as a brand in the long term, it is essential to keep testing this brand while taking global trends and other developments into account. It’s how we keep our brand competitive and fit for the future.

It is extremely important that we create a common understanding of the emotions, values, and mindset associated with our company. That’s why we have set out in the brand what we, as ebm‑papst, stand for, including how we act, who we are, and what drives us.
