In the case of process or kitchen exhaust air, the extracted air can reach high temperatures and be heavily contaminated with particles. Fans must be used here that are capable of reliably extracting moist media contaminated with particles or odors in accordance with standards.

How RadiPac meets the requirements

The VDI 2052 and EN 16282 guidelines stipulate that the motor must not be located directly in the particle-laden air stream. This ensures that deposits of grease or oil-containing substances do not affect the motor.

Our solution for this:

A customized protective suit for the motor – the motor enclosure. The fan is cooled by a hose line that draws in cool ambient air. This ensures that the fan and control unit achieve their full performance.
