Fan Filter Units (FFUs) are essential to maintaining the high air exchange rates, stable pressure, and consistent air quality that cleanrooms demand — critical for industries like pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, electronics, semiconductors, aerospace, and healthcare. Since these fans often run 24/7, high energy consumption and reliable long-term performance are constant challenges.
The new RadiPac FFU fan addresses this directly, delivering airflow of up to 2,330 m³/h while producing lower noise emissions than typical industry standards. Its innovative impeller and motor design set a higher efficiency benchmark, while built-in variable speed control eliminates the need for bulky external VFDs — simplifying installation and improving adaptability. Combined with a robust construction and Active Power Factor Correction (aPFC), the fan delivers stable performance and reduced component strain, extending fan lifespan and reliability even under continuous operation.
