MARVEX 2025 is set to showcase the forefront of engineering and technology innovation. This annual exhibition gathers engineers, researchers, and industry leaders to explore cutting-edge advancements in sustainability, digital transformation, and smart technologies. It's the ideal platform for staying updated on industry trends, fostering collaborations, and gaining insights into the future of engineering.

Booth highlights this year...

This year, ebm‑papst is leading air technology into a new era with energy-efficient ventilation solutions.

As illustrated in the infographic, these solutions are well-suited for energy-intensive buildings such as data centres and cleanrooms. In addition, we are also offering a new solution for refrigeration applications.

For applications such as air handling units (AHUs), make-up air units (MAUs), and computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units, we’re spotlighting the RadiPac with Active PFC:

The RadiPac series is a flagship product range from ebm‑papst, known for its high efficiency, durability, and quiet operation. With the addition of integrated Active Power Factor Correction (PFC), the power factor is improved closer to 1.0, ensuring the fan draws power more efficiently—reducing energy consumption and harmonics.

In advanced EC fan models with integrated aPFC, <5% Total Harmonic Distortion (THDI) can be achieved even at just 10% of power draw, with no need for on-site adjustments. By smoothing voltage and current distortions, Active PFC ensures a stable power supply, reducing electrical noise, overheating, and wear on equipment. Over time, this extends the lifespan of electrical components, while also lowering maintenance, utility, and operating costs.

For fan filter units (FFUs) in cleanrooms, we offer:

The new RadiPac FFU fan delivers up to 2,330 m³/h of airflow with lower noise levels than industry norms. Its advanced impeller and motor design boost efficiency, reducing energy use in cleanrooms. Built-in variable speed control allows for easy installation and adaptability without external components. With robust construction and Active Power Factor Correction (PFC), it ensures stable performance, improved energy efficiency, and long-lasting reliability.

For the refrigeration market, we will also be featuring...

These EC axial fans offer exceptional competitive value as an alternative to the feature-rich models that ebm-papst is traditionally known for. Well-suited for refrigeration applications such as condensing units and evaporators, they are ideal for projects that don’t require advanced features but still demand the reliability and efficiency inherent in EC technology.

We look forward to engaging with built environment professionals across the region and exploring how these next-generation technologies can help shape smarter, more sustainable buildings.

Seminar

Revolutionising HVAC with
the Next Era of EC Technology

Location: TBC
Date: Wednesday, 10th September
Time: 11:00am - 12:00pm

Sypnosis

This topic explores the future of HVAC, powered by the next era of EC technology — advancing energy optimisation in buildings and accelerating decarbonisation efforts.

As the global push for low-carbon, energy-efficient buildings intensifies, the HVAC industry is undergoing a major transformation. In this presentation, we will explore how the next era of EC (Electronically Commutated) technology, combined with AI, IoT, and digital services through the NEXAIRA Digital Ecosystem, is redefining system performance, intelligence, and sustainability.

By integrating these technologies, HVAC systems are evolving into intelligent ecosystems that don’t just react — they anticipate, optimise, and drive measurable impact. Join us as we explore how these innovations support the transition to high-performance, low-carbon buildings.
