The Thailand office operates under the regional oversight of ebm‑papst SEA Pte. Ltd., which manages the company’s Southeast Asia operations. Today, the Thailand office is led by Mr. Wing Hoe Lau, who brings 13 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Known for his customer-centric approach, Mr. Lau is committed to delivering tailored solutions that address key concerns such as energy efficiency and system performance.
Together with his team, he actively collaborates with industry stakeholders to drive sustainable progress and support Thailand’s transition to a greener future. In November 2023, the ebm‑papst Group made a significant investment of approximately one million EUR in the expansion and conversion of its Singapore headquarters. This strategic move enhanced the importance of the Southeast Asia hub within the Group, with the office now also managing operations for the entire Asia-Pacific and Middle East Asia regions.
ebm‑papst SEA Pte. Ltd. employs approximately 45 people at its Singapore headquarters. In total, the company has around 77 employees across the Southeast Asia region, including key markets such as Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Indonesia.
