Gear motors
The quick way to get food exactly where it needs to go.

Maintenance-free and space-saving miracles

Gear motors are compact units comprising a motor and a transmission. They are used, for example, in transportation systems in production facilities, where they reliably convey the goods to their destination. If they are equipped with the right output torque, they can also handle large loads. Gear motors work quietly and require no maintenance. They are available with both AC and EC technology. The EC variant offers the advantage of being able to flexibly adapt the output speed to suit the operating conditions at hand.

Gear motors have a wide range of applications. They are often used in conveyor belts, for example in the food processing industry. However, they can also be found in grills/barbecues and rotisseries where the meat is prepared in front of diners' eyes – ensuring a crispy, juicy taste. Another area is domestic kitchens, where they can be used to adjust the height of extractor hoods.
