RadiFlow 630:
The radial fan for limited installation space, low operating costs, and greater system efficiency.

Air handling systems such as fan wall units (FWU), computer room air handlers (CRAH), and air handling units (AHU) need to take up little space yet deliver high performance. The RadiFlow 630 meets both requirements for these applications. Its innovative impeller combines the best of two worlds: radial and diagonal. This directs the airflow not against the housing walls, but in an axial discharge direction. As a result, it operates without flow losses in installation conditions of 1.3× impeller diameter at back pressures between 400 and 500 pascals. This makes it 19% more efficient and reduces the energy requirement in the system by around 15%.

For manufacturers, this means a reduction in installation space, material, and transport costs. Plant operators gain valuable usable space and benefit from significantly lower energy costs while maintaining high operational reliability.

CRAH

Instead of being installed in the underfloor area, the RadiFlow 630 is mounted above the heat exchanger in the computer room air handler. This saves installation space and facilitates access for maintenance work.

FanGrid

The RadiFlow 630 requires little space in the enclosure and reduces its footprint by 40% without any installation losses. This allows fan wall units to be more compact or redundancy and cooling capacity to be increased with additional modules.

Air Handling Units

The RadiFlow 630 achieves maximum efficiency and saves energy, especially in confined spaces. This allows air handling units to be built more compactly, reducing material and transport costs.
