Optimum mixing
from a single source

The optimum mixing ratio of gas to air is decisive for the energy yield during combustion. The mixing ratio must be precisely adjusted to the combustion of the gases used (e.g. natural gas, liquid gas, biogas or admixed hydrogen). Thanks to decades of experience, we offer complete heating systems including gas blower, venturi, gas valve, and burner control that guarantee the optimal tuning of the gas-air mixture.

By working closely with our condensing boiler customers, we ensure that our components are perfectly matched to their end-use equipment for maximum energy efficiency. We also take into account particularly specific requirements in terms of space requirements and power density.

  • High modulation range
  • Flexible and space-saving integration

H2 ready!

Green hydrogen could become the clean energy source for the heating technology sector, thereby making a significant contribution to climate protection. For households to be able to use this clean gas, they first need the right framework conditions. There are already many initiatives in Europe aimed at replacing natural gas as an energy source, including in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

H2-ready! Wir bieten zahlreiche Lösungen zum Einsatz von Wasserstoff in der Heiztechnik.

In addition to this, the right technologies must be in place.

We are ready for this new heating energy and offer numerous solutions for the use of hydrogen in heating technology.

We also invest in H2-ready technologies. Like our new gas laboratory, for example. And we are working on a system that can work with 100 percent hydrogen.

“Flexible combustion for any gas mixture”

The quality of gas for heating varies more and more frequently, meaning that the classic pneumatic mixture control in condensing units reaches its limits. The Vaillant Group therefore relies on an electronic solution in the form of its combustion system IoniDetect.
