We were honoured to welcome Michael Hasper, Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Chennai, who shared his perspectives on how Global Capability Centres are strengthening the Indo-German economic partnership through innovation, talent development and global collaboration.
The event commenced with a welcome address by Mallikarjuna S., Regional Director, IGCC Chennai.
In his keynote address, Atul Tripathi, Managing Director, ebm‑papst India, shared the company's GCC journey and his vision for building a world-class Global Capability Centre that drives engineering excellence, digital innovation and global business enablement.
Industry leaders from ZF Lifetec, Schwing Stetter India and Hapag-Lloyd Global Capability Center shared valuable insights and practical experiences on building and scaling high-impact GCCs, with discussions centred on talent, technology, innovation and enterprise value creation.
Common Belief reinforced during the discussion:
The next generation of GCCs will be defined not by scale, but by ownership, innovation and global impact.

Together, we continue to strengthen the Indo-German partnership while shaping the future of Global Capability Centres.
