Dr. Klaus Geißdörfer

Chairman of the Board (CEO)

Born in Neustadt/Aisch, Germany, in 1973. He studied Chemical Engineering with an emphasis on process technology at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany, and completed his doctorate at EBS University, Germany, on “Total Cost of Ownership”. Masters of Business Administration at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

From 1998-2001 Dr. Geißdörfer held professional positions at Siemens AG and Parsytec.

2002 Dr. Klaus Geißdörfer became an assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of the Schaeffler Group. He worked for the automotive and industry supplier Schaeffler in various management positions for over 13 years, including as a member of the industrial management board. 

From 2016 he was in charge of the global industrial arm of the technology company as Head of the Industrial Technology Division at ZF Friedrichshafen AG in Passau.

In 2021, he became managing director of ONE LOGIC and continues to sit on the Advisory Board.

Since November 2021, Dr. Klaus Geißdörfer has been Chairman of the  Group Executive Board of the ebm‑papst Group.
