Chief Operations Officer (COO) ebm‑papst group & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Air Technology Europe

He studied at the Cooperative State University (now DHBW) in Mannheim, Germany, and graduated as a Mechanical Engineer.

In 1993 he started his career as a quality engineer at INA Wälzlager Schaeffler KG.

In 1996 he changed position within the Schaeffler Group to WPB GmbH & Co. KG in Momo, Italy. There he advanced from Head of Quality to Head of Production to Plant Manager and CEO.

From 2001 to 2023 he held various management positions in Schaefflers' Italian and German subsidiaries.

July 2023 Chief Operations Officer of ebm‑papst Group. Together with Raymond Engelbrecht, he formed the Management Board of ebm‑papst Air Technology Europe.

Since April 2025 Chief Operations Officer and Chief Executive Officer Air Technology Europe.
