Internal rotor technology has made it possible to implement IP 66 protection in the quality you expect from ebm-papst. For reliable function over the entire service life, a special sealing system was developed for the shaft outlet.
We have placed particular value on the overall aerodynamic design. Our decades of experience have been applied to developing special impellers and all of the air conduction elements, such as guard grilles and hoods. The result is significantly lower noise levels at higher air volumes than other products on the market.
Standard terminal boxes are designed for the star, delta, and Steinmetz types of circuit. We are glad to make arrangements with our customers for additional options, such as plug designs and other special customer requests.
The guard grille, made of die-cast aluminum with integrally cast terminal box, is highly stable and designed for the tough conditions of forced air ventilation.
The specially developed impellers, made of high-strength plastic, have an axial impeller design for sizes AH63 to AH90 and centrifugal-diagonal impellers in sizes AH100 to AH200.
The hoods are straight-bead welded of Zincor sheet metal and, by special arrangement, can be individually adapted to customer needs.
