Engineering (UCE)–Electrical Engineering concentration
Are you excited about the possibilities of state-of-the-art electrotechnology?
Do you keep working on even the toughest problems until you achieve results? If so, we want to meet you once you have completed your secondary education diploma (in Germany "Abitur" or "fachgebundene Abitur (TG)".
During your three-year degree program, you will alternate between classes at the University of Cooperative Education in Mosbach, Germany and practical training at ebm-papst Mulfingen in a three-month rhythm. During the practical period, you are trained in our R&D area and in the lab, where you work directly on new developments for our customers or on fundamental research. After your degree, you will face excellent opportunities as R&D engineer or project engineer.
Engineering (UCE)–Electrical Engineering concentration:
- Length of training: 3 years
- Training: Dual system – studies with in-depth hands-on training, alternates every three months between ebm-papst Mulfingen and University of Cooperative Education in Mosbach, Germany
- Education requirements: University qualification (in Germany, "Abitur") or specialized secondary school diploma (TG)
Courses of study:
- Subdivision into basic and advanced studies
- Fundamentals of electrical engineering
- Electronics
- Digital technology
- Mathematics
- Communication and control engineering
- Electrical drive engineering
- Basic research lab
- Measurement processing
Examinations:
- Assistant examination after 2 years
- Degree examination after 3 years
Practical training:
- Assumption of / collaboration in a project in the R&D department
- Realization of your own projects
Possible fields of activity after completion of degree:
- Development and responsibility of customer-specific projects
