Navigating the global economic crisis with efficiency (Beta Digital)
In times of financial crisis, energy-efficient products are more in demand than ever before. They allow a lot of money to be saved, for example because ebm-papst fans use up to 70 percent less power. While production is declining for the automotive industry, demand is increasing at the Mulfingen company in the area of energy-saving fans.

14. ebm-papst marathon 2009
With marathon, duo marathon, half marathon, 10km run, Nordic walking, competitions for skaters and wheelchair racers, not to mention an attractive supporting program for the entire family, ebm-papst held the 14th annual ebm-papst marathon in Niedernhall, Germany on September 12 and 13. Like in 2008, over 3,000 athletes reached the finish. Along the course and in the Start-Finish area in Niedernhall, some 10,000 spectators cheered the athletes on.

Regional "Youth research" competition 2009
The regional "Youth research" competition of the Heilbronn-Franken region, sponsored by ebm-papst for the 11th time, took place in 2009 with the slogan "You want to know!". From 5 to 7 March 2009, 124 young researchers and inventors presented their projects at the Reinhold-Würth-Hochschule in Künzelsau.

ebm-papst Indoor Championships 2009
This was the 7th ebm-papst Indoor Championships, which is one of the most popular indoor tournaments for youth teams in all of Germany. At this year's tournament, Rot-Weiss Ahlen was able to pull off a 5:4 victory against Borussia Mönchengladbach in an exciting final.
